My Australian Friend here hates the heat here and in Australia. She's feeling your pain. (Me too. Today was much better though.)
Me: Grr, it's so cold. I hate this weather!
Everyone Else: But you are Swiss, you must be used to it.
Me: In my country we know about house insulation and proper heating... Grr.
Reto always likes to say that the coldest he has ever been was when he was in Aus in July. He spent the whole time wearing my furry pink slippers, huddling under a doona and complaining. We really don't do insulation or heating very well in Australia. At least we know about air conditioning in summer, though.
