the cows have gone now, though. i'm not sure if it's because it's too cold or because they've eaten all the grass. both, possibly.
Oh, and I'd just like to clarify that we don't actually live in the countryside or anything. There's a whole town in that first pic that you can't quite see, and we live about 5 minutes from the middle of it. Although also just next to a field. Aah, Switzerland.
