Reto and I are getting married. It's weird, it's exciting, it's actually a total nightmare (I don't want to plan the wedding and Reto doesn't want to elope). He asked me last week, so if I hadn't already told you (sorry!) at least you can console yourself with the fact that you didn't know for not very long.

Awkward Belated Announcement

Thanks! Actually, it's a total nightmare (from a planning and organising perspective) but I'm sure if I had one of those lists of things to do before I turn 30 I would have "get married" on it, and I would be pleased to tick it off. In fact, maybe I should write one of those lists.
1. waste lots of time overseas and achieve very little career-wise (check)
2. get married (check, just)
I hear you're going for Shelly Beach. My step-sister got married there - ceremony on top of the cliff, then dinner in the restaurant. Very nice.
Aah, I can tell you are going to have to tell me more about this clifftop business.
